MSCI Completes Acquisition of Carbon Delta

NEW YORK & ZURICH--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community, today announced that its subsidiary MSCI Barra (Suisse) Sàrl has completed its acquisition of Zurich-based environmental fintech and data analytics firm specializing in climate change scenario analysis, Carbon Delta AG (“Carbon Delta”). The agreement was originally announced on September 9, 2019.
