MOU has been signed between SD Biotechnologies and AG group’s PT ORION PRATAMA SENTOSA Indonesia

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA--(Korea Newswire)--SD Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. (CEO: Park Sul-Woong), famous for the cosmetic brand SNP, has signed an MOU with PT ORION PRATAMA SENTOSA, a subsidiary of Artha Graha Network, Indonesia.

Indonesia - Korea Business and Investment Forum 2018 was held in Seoul on September 10th. About 400 business leaders and government officials from both countries including Joko Widodo, President of Indonesia, and Rosan Roeslani, Chairman for Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry participated. The companies from Korea and Indonesia signed 15 memorandums of understanding on cooperation between the two nations. Also they suggested collaborations on strengthening Indonesian manufacturing industry and expanding infrastructure.

SD Biotechnologies signed a collaborative MOU not only for launching SNP products in Indonesia from October, but also for investing in local manufacturing plants and facilities for sales in Southeast Asia.
In January 2018, SD Biotechnologies established a joint venture with PT ORION PRATAMA in Indonesia to target Indonesian cosmetic markets by integrating advantages of both companies. They are cooperating by exchanging their knowledge and technologies.
