Ariul Fish LLC (Representative Geum-ok Park) is selected as a party of High-growth Export Capability Strengthening Project managed by Ministry of SMEs and Startups in Korea and is ready to enter into the U.S. and Chinese markets.
Ariul Fish LLC is one of the local hidden champion that specialize in producing regional specialties ‘Golden Tongue Sole’ and ‘Golden Yellow Croaker’ that Gunsan City fostering and supports. The company explained that they only select and handle Korean tongue soles and yellow croakers caught off the West coast and apply the food safety certification standard system HACCP to process and produce products through hygiene control.
Tongue soles are mostly caught off the west coast. They are kind of sea fish, similar to the red tongue soles (soles) but they are shorter in length than the red tongue soles. They are easy to have because of low calories and less fishy smell.
