Proskauer Bolsters Capital Markets Practice with Addition of Corporate Finance Partner Joshua M. Zimmerman in Hong Kong

HONG KONG--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--International law firm Proskauer today announced the arrival of corporate finance partner Joshua M. Zimmerman, who will lead the Firm’s capital markets practice in Asia.

Mr. Zimmerman’s practice encompasses a broad variety of corporate finance transactions. He is a recognized leader in Asian high-yield bond, liability management, leveraged finance, acquisition finance and sovereign debt transactions. Mr. Zimmerman also has significant equity experience, advising on both Hong Kong listings and SEC-registered offerings.

Based in Hong Kong since 1997, Mr. Zimmerman has executed transactions across the Asia-Pacific region, including in Australia, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam. His clients have included leading international investment banks, PE funds and issuers active in TMT, gaming, property development, natural resources, education, manufacturing, aviation and retail.
