Euromoney names Citi Best Bank in Asia

SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Euromoney named Citi the Best Bank for 2015 - the eighth time in the last 10 years that Citi has picked up the prestigious award. Citi also picked up Best Investment Bank and M&A house in India at an awards ceremony in Hong Kong on July 16th.

The awards were decided by the editors of Euromoney Magazine. In the Global awards announced earlier in July, Citi was named Best Global Bank and Best Emerging Markets Investment Bank by Euromoney. “In a highly competitive market this independent recognition is greatly appreciated by all of us at Citi. Citi Asia has operations in 17 markets across the region and is one of Asia’s largest wealth managers with over US$255bn AUMs with leading retail and institutional businesses. During the awards period Citi helped raise over US$200 billion for clients from capital markets and advised on close to US$100bn in M&A.
