iGATE Wins Global Performance Excellence Award 2012

The awards were administered by the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO), a non-profit organization working towards the goal of achieving continuous quality improvement of goods and services in the Asia Pacific Region.

National award winners in their respective countries were eligible to apply for this award. The evaluation criterion was based on seven core elements and the results produced in those areas. This included - Leadership; Strategic Planning; Customer Focus; Measurement Analysis & Knowledge Management; Workforce Focus; Process Management; Results.
